IT would be nice to have a skill tree program in ohr, like in diablo and other games. |

You can do it via plotscripting right now, but native support for specific skill systems seems unlikely (though it is possible, to answer your question). _________________

I've also yhought about such a skill system. (That's what make Diablo 2 worth playing.) Is it possible to make a script run on each level up for a character? Or would you have to give him an item which call up a text box which call up a script to check the heros level and then run the skill tree script? That's the only way i can think of... _________________ "A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools."

I think the best way would be to hook up a script to the after battle trigger, since that's the only time you'll level up. _________________ I stand corrected. No rivers ran blood today. At least, none that were caused by us.

SpyJim and Sword of Jade use skill systems similar to what you're asking about. SoJ in particular has a tiered skill tree. _________________
