Okay, my dream team (excluding whether or not they are available):
Hero/Walkabout Graphics: I absolutely would have to vouch for Komera, `cause the ones she created for Wingedmene were just superb.
Storyline/Plot: I do pretty good with this stuff myself. Although I learn with every project how to or how to not do things with this, I'm constantly flooded with story ideas and ways to develop them.
Music: Although Jazz Man is absolutely awesome, I would have to say I would favor Velduanga more, only because I really like the whole Noriyuki Iwadare style he has.
Backdrops: AdrianX all the way! I am always a fan of the lighthearted anime style.
Maptiles: Orchard-L hands down. He's one of the best pixel artists I have ever had the honor of knowing.
Character development: I, as well as Shadowiii, seem to have a good nack for this (taking Neo Krysta 2 and .hack//OHR as an example for myself, and OHR Date for Shadowiii) My only problem in the area is that I tend to keep dialogue short.
Programming: Oh, heck no, I'm out of this picture for sure. While I can only plotscript cutscenes well, I couldn't program to save my life. This area I'd go with Minnek, Worthy, and if possible, Cube. _________________

ok, this is a few days old, but... yeah.
(btw... I'm still around, moogle. ...and working on a game... but that's hush hush)
Graphics: if Royal would come back... woo. Otherwise, I dunno... Fenrir? (I suck at graphics. )
Story/gameplay design/etc: Jazzay (I enjoy this part of it)
Musician: Jazzay (I don't want to trouble anyone else)
Plotscripting: Moogle or TM (I don't know jack about plotscripting)
Story consultant: The RMS team.
There's probably bit stuff that I could cover, and maybe others could, as well. |

Story: Fenrir-Lunaris, with editing by Moogle1 and RMZ
Event Planner: Fenrir-Lunaris, Bena, Gizmog1, and Moogle1
Musician: Artimus Bena, Setu, and Moogle1
Plotscripting: Moogle1, Cube, and very small sequences where needed by F-L
Wait, this describes a game already being made. |

God, Fenrir, way to revive a dead thread (Albeit a very interesting one.)
Without disrespecting Flamer and CN, who'll always be the Dream Team to me for Mormon Mission, I think I'd go with something like this:
Graphics: Fenrir Lunaris. His art's got more style than most professionals, and I think we'd probably get along alright.
Plotscripting: I'd do the hardstuff, and Kirby related cutscenes, JSH could do the other cutscenes.
Musician: It's always bothered me that the Rolling Stones never really did a Rock Opera, so I'd give them a shot at it.
Story/Gameplay Design: A costumed meeting of everyone above, preferably with judicious amounts of liquor, with Setu as the moderator who sees to it things don't get out of control.
Coffee/Soda/Donut Runners: Snowman and the Bandit. |

Off the top of my head, (assuming it's an rpg)
Story: Bena, Fen, I'd also bring Camdog in, after The Ritual demo wowed me.
Programming: Moogs, Cube, and perhaps a dash of Retro to spice things up
Game balance (battleplanning\items\etc.): Moogs and Fen
Graphics: Ochie, Fen (both would do whatever they are best at. A solid who-does-what would be reached)
Music: Bena, Calehay
Text and dialogue: Bena
*Two to three carefully chosen volunteers would be assigned solely for ideas and feedback on all of the aspects of the game, at all important stages. Sit-ins for discussions. People who don't mind helping, but do mind having to do a lot of work : )
One of these would probably be IM, who always demands the highest effort and quality, and always brings a new perspective.
*Although this really isn't hard to find, someone better than me at marketing would be assigned for this.
Instead of directing, I would take the role of "producer", and ask Fen to direct the project, so that I could keep general creative control, and let someone more talented at it run the show. _________________ SACRE BLEU!
