For the custom menu I am creating, it teleports to a seperate map for the menu, but when doing so the music cuts out... Is there a way to set music on a map to just continue with the flow of whatever the last music was? Also, is there a command tto check current music playing?
I hope i dont have to go to plan b and set the menu music based on the map you are coming from, and have it restart each time you enter and each time you leave the menu. That would be pretty annoying =( |

I didn't find a "check song" command in the dictionary, but you could just do the FF1 thing and give the menu its own song. |

I thought that if music is playing it doesn't stop if you go to a map without music?
Or was that the title screen? _________________ "It is so great it is insanely great." |

i think if the music is the same, it will continue if it is between the battle/victory/map. If the map you go to has no music, though, it cuts off to silence =(
Yeah, about having a seperate music for the menu,Iblis... I'm still not sure if I'm ready to do that though.. I may just have to see how having the song start over in and out of the menu goes, and leave having the seperate music as a last resort if that just gets annoying. Thanks for the advice though! ^_^
I always liked the new style of having the music not change for the menu =) |
