This is nice and whimsical at the start. I like the melody line. It felt like a bit of a Celtic waltz. The bells also sounded great. Nice touch.
When the base strings (They sound like oboe or maybe a wood wind instrument) come in on the 20th measure, they created a powerful effect at first, but they left a few holes where I felt there should have been more filler. Maybe the instrument doesn't resonate long enough or maybe the notes aren't tied together.
It changes pretty abruptly into a very dramatic and suspenseful piece at the end. I like the violins in the background but the higher pitched ones that randomly spring out felt misplaced. It created a sort of chaotic effect, but it didn't inspire very much emotion for me. Hopefully it effects everyone else, though. Keep improving. _________________ Planning Project Blood Summons, an MMORPG which will incinerate all of the others with it's sheer brilliance...

I will upload the final version within the next day. I've already added about 33 seconds to this, and am about to compose the thematic finale, the actual battle. Thanks for your notes, I will work on getting those parts a bit more expressive. _________________ SACRE BLEU!
