hello i bet your wandering right now "xeon? wtf?" well heres some background info.

intro:

back in the year 2002 ive started a computer game called xeon (pronounced ex-yon). it was a futuristic story of a girl that encounters a robot named r109. it turns she can use the power of magic crystals called xien crystals. it was r109s only hope that she collect them and destroy them before they can be used for anyones own personal gain. later on the road they find out that has already started. ive been working on it for about 5 years and so far im almost half done
(started this yesterday but forgot to post it)

today i worked on mostly bata testing of the game. i also upgraded some of the graphics on water blobs.

i also imported some midi format music since most of the music i was using was BAM format. i expect the game to be ready for a 50% demo by the end of the month and will be posted on castle paradox."

today im fixing up the skrewed up plot scripting. im trying to make it so that when you step on a button, it makes a cave open up. weather or not ill be successful at this is still unknown at the time. ive also updated the battle between the x queen. graphicly and gameplay wise.

in my opinion its much better. i gave the x bots about 5 attack power so they dont just hit ones and die. ive also made it so close to death the queen will self destruct causing instent death to a player.

on another note i added a weakness to the frist boss, rose. you can now target his vine and attack it causing sevear damage between the rose itself and the buds.

edit:YES! i finaly fixed a glitch that has haunted me for almost 6 months! now i can finish magma hill and possably release the games 50% demo by the end of the week."

im mostly worked on finding sounds today. i also finally got a very old but exellent song off my old computer. mayby someday ill get my frist game,"bunny rabb, party on the moon!" off there. its a pretty crappy game but it has some memorys on it. well im getting back to work, might update this again today, might not."

long time no post, after the unpolished version of xeon was released i stopped working on it for awile but now im back and i bring pics!

Personally, i'd suggest using one more shade of green (light) at the top of the vine, and possibly space out the colors a little bit more (two steps between colors instead of one, etc).

thanks, ill see if i can shade the vine more but the pallet im working with is 5 years old so i might have to make a new one.
