So... I finally decided to create an art thread of my very own so that I may burn your existances. Im not making any "I'll update it every day/week" promises, but I shall try my best.

My first peice to start off the rounds is a Random Ogre, finished just a few minutes before posting here:

[EDIT : This one might prove better viewing - Photoshop does wonders]

As usual for all art threads, C&C are most highly appriciated.
Thank you.

His pose looks stiff and static. His face makes him look like he's trying to be scary, but his pose isn't fit to match.

Nice.
Maybe his natural face expression is like that. The only thig I can critizise is that it looks like he's wearing pants under that underwear thing. Which I suppose he's not...

Plus his right arm looks more like a club than an arm.

Maybe he's missing his right hand.

Ok, thanks for the input. I need to work on the hands slightly on the ogre. The face has been enhanced during school today - hehe - when I should have been listening to the Afrikaans teacher.

Here is a work from an asignment I had at the art workshop I attend every wednesday night. Its an anime girl - rather slutty by the looks of her - It was an execise to develope sketching technique. It turned out fine and I have processed it through Photoshop before placing it here.

The clothing folds are pretty keen. The face aesthetics is actually... above average as well. Mouth eyes and chin are just the right spacing from what I see. I like the pose a lot, but the knees are super-granny knobby, man. What is up with that? The hand which is supposedly farthest from my point of view appears to be a bit larger than the other hand. The hand shape is excellent, though.

OK, here is a work I did last night. I have been reading "The Dark Tower - The Gunslinger" By Stephen King lately. Its brilliant and I recommend it to everyone. This peice inspired from it. Sort of what I imagine the gunslinger to look like - I've only read the first 20 pages of the book so far - So its a pretty early deception.

His shoulder looks a little wide, and I'd make him more squinty myself. But the form is impressive.

Ok... I'm gonna do this Eggie style...

A painting that I completed last week - Took about 4 hours to complete from scratch...

A rendering on a tennisball with strange objects on it - Built the object from scratch using a plain old tennis ball and sketched it with graphite pencils.

Lastly - A photo - One of the first I suppose, artistic wise... It is meant to represent being lonely, the only one left.

Enjoy...
