What are you talking about? It's ctrl+arrow keys. _________________ http://www.castleparadox.com/gamelist-display.php?game=750 Bloodlust Demo 1.00

All keys, or just certain keys? I believe the framerate in the map editor has changed, so we definitely need this kind of feedback.

It was never space+arrow keys. Try ctrl+arrow keys. |

The arrow keys mostly.
And yes, it did use to utilize the spacebar. I can email you the version of OHR that I was using up until recently (it had SFX in it, so it's not that old) that had it. I didn't know about Ctrl + arrows until recently either. _________________ ---------------Projects----

Space still works to put NPCs down, but only in one direction. This hasn't changed. _________________

Space + arrow keys used to put an NPC down if pressed at the same time. Now, like you said, it just does NPC looking south. It doesn't let me put them down in any direction like before. _________________ ---------------Projects----

Hmmm... you know what? Maybe that worked just a side-effect of the messy code. I am looking at the code now, and I think I can see how it would have happened. That bug-that-felt-like-a-feature was fixed when I cleaned up the NPC placement code.
I went back and tested with ubersetzung, and I do see the ability to get NPCs placed sideways without ever touching CTRL, but it is hit and miss. It takes me several tries to do it, and it always leaves a smear of 3 or 4 NPCs across the map. |

Question: Why hasn't tile animation been upgraded? I'm speaking mainly about the amount we can have.
EDIT: or am I just doing something wrong? _________________

Maybe I just got really used to it. But I've never had any smearing of any kind. I guess if it was just "sloppy" coding as you sorta put it, then I never knew til now.
Ha, if it's not a lot of trouble, would there be a way you could incorporate that into the next build of the ohr or even a nightly? Cause, I know I'd be the only one using it, but it made stuff a whole lot easier for me. _________________ ---------------Projects----

This, and being able to rotate sprites any which way aside from maptiles would be wonderful. _________________ http://www.castleparadox.com/gamelist-display.php?game=750 Bloodlust Demo 1.00

Eventually we will fix up the map editor to have a mouse interface (the keyboard interface will not be removed) |
