Be sure to check out Episode 7 of OHR House 2. It definitely contains some references to this mystery!

This is all very shocking. I knew the shooter was evil, but this...

This is madness--

Now Powerstick Man has one less superfan...

The culprit must pay!!!

One theory has been revealed, but there are still other possibilities to consider, and only a month left to do it. Who else out there knows the truth to this mystery? Now is the time to put your ten-minute games together.

And JSH, you have done Bob the Hamster justice today. Though, only time will tell if the accusations are true. Excellent work.

Encyclopedia Shadow is on the case. Though I'm too retarded to figure out the trail of clues, I CAN look in the back of the book for the answers, and my game will expose this culprit!

Excellent, Shadowiii.

And just to let everyone know, Buford figured out who shot Bob the Hamster (a bit ahead of his own schedule), but he can't confirm it until the rest of you submit your theories. For the case to stand in court, the facts must line up, and your theories will help.

You have two more weeks to submit your theories and an additional week to clean them up. If you've been procrastinating until the ideal moment, this would be it.

Remember, the winning entry will be hosted somewhere on the Hamster Republic homepage with special honors (wherever James chooses), so if you want to prove your super sleuthing skills to your peers, start putting those theories together. Mysteries, OHR movies, even text adventures are all welcome. Heck, if you get really short on time, I'll even accept a Word document (though you'll probably only get supplemental file credit for that). Anything goes, as long as it makes sense.

Don't forget, there's an OHR Wiki link outlining the clues somewhere in this thread if you don't know what they are yet.

Good luck and make Buford (and James and Bob) proud.

Just to clarify: It IS ok to steal graphics from our own games? That is, if I'm too lazy to make maptiles, I can just use, say, Stop's?

Yes. The rule is that credit has to be given where credit is due. If you're the only one to work on your game, and you steal stuff from other games that are credited to you, then giving yourself credit in all areas (as most authors would do anyway) is sufficient.

Likewise, if someone else gives you permission to steal graphics from their game, then you would have to credit the graphics to them (and the source would be nice, too) for your entry to be valid.

Note: you don't have to credit the source if it's from one of your own games, unless someone else made the graphics for you. You just have to credit yourself.

Hope that clarifies things.

Did you, or anyone else here save a copy of any of the zagboodle mp3's? The site seems to have been down for a couple weeks now. I would love to mirror the mp3's but I can't find any of them anymore :(
