Well designed! It's like a new generation asteroids with strategy added, and a strapon. (that's a joke, for to laugh at). _________________ SACRE BLEU!

It's one of those sexual things. I will offend lesbians if I describe a strap-on.
Anyway, in effort to keep on topic, I really think this game is very good. What's the language? c++? _________________ SACRE BLEU!

No, Game Maker, which in turn uses Delphi. _________________ Tower Defense Game |

Yeah, it can do pretty much any type of 2D game (it can do 3D as well but it's very limited as a 3D engine and there are other far better ones like Blitzbasic for that). It's not an engine in the sense that the Ohrrpgce is (e.g. it doesn't provide ready-made modules like menus, shops, textboxes, a battle system, stats, tiles, doors, etc.), but instead provides more basic building blocks (sprites, rooms, objects, etc.). _________________ Tower Defense Game |

I bought a new version of a 3d engine I've been tinkering with for a while, called a6, acknex, or gamestudio. It's designed by a german company called conitec.
It was 200 dollars (eep). Almost screwed my rent that month, that's how impulsive it was haha. It's really very powerful, C++ based, I'm just really busy with other projects.
This game makes me want to get back to tinkering. _________________ SACRE BLEU!

Yeah, I've heard that's one of the better 3D ones. I might use it myself if I ever decide to make a 3D game. _________________ Tower Defense Game |

Definitely recommended. I've been tinkering with it for four years or so. By default it uses its own scripting (basically just simplified c++ with games in mind), but it can just as easily take straight c++.

Ooh, Interesting. I know some Delphi. Do you happen to know if Game Maker is portable to Kylix? (the Linux version of Delphi) |

I don't think so, because it relies upon DirectX. _________________ Tower Defense Game |

Hmm, I'll look into it, but until then you could try going back to older levels and earning more cache by getting higher scores (it carries over to latter levels), or try reducing the difficulty level. _________________ Tower Defense Game |

I made that mission easier. I also released the game. _________________ Tower Defense Game |
