Ignore my previous post. I've changed my mind...
Are there any available graphic rendering/ drawing software in relation to OHRRPGCE? I just wanted the best. I've seen UPaint and other sort of freebies. But still, I just wanted the best.
 Sure, dreaming of creating a game is as easy as 123. But making a dream game?...

I recommend Photoshop CS2, personally.
