"Kill PHC" was definitely not part of LOME nor did I take any part in it. I do not support games that threaten one's life. That was Redmage's little shenanegan, and I even removed any trace of it from my site.
Why don't you people stop jumping to conclusions and leave my site the FUCK alone! |

Whoa there buddy, no reason to get hostile. This is the INTERNETâ„¢ after all. Suffice to say, I know next-to-nothing about LOME, aside from it being something like a forum for certain users that also frequent Castle Paradox, which in turn, is hosted on this very server. Instead of getting jumpy whenever somebody says something about your site that isn't accurate, why not tell people what it IS. This solves the problem of people forming wrong ideas about your site, and also saves you the trouble of having to defend it when somebody makes an off-collar remark.
That, and this is about a possible Katamari Damacy OHR game. To speed things along, here's the previous sprite in a format that should be viewable.

| I will take that into consideration, and I apologize for sounding hostile. |

The only thing I know about Katamari is that the King of all Cosmos greeted us using a language that I use everyday. Ehem...

I'd jump at this, but I'd rather make a game because it simply must be, instead of making a game just to make a game.
What I mean to say is, I don't have some beautifully awesome game idea that no one's already made, besides a vague idea, and I wish I did. _________________ SACRE BLEU!

I'm just supplying the graphics. If anyone can think of a way to strech the limits of the OHR and pull off a fairly ingenius control system, and some partially decent physics, the project's all theirs.
What *I* would have done, had Custom still worked, is probably settle on three levels, small, medium, and large scale. I'd scatter objects all throughout these levels worth different point values (ie: picking up Mr. Triangle might net you 5 points, while managing to roll over and melt greenland would garner a much much larger point value. I'd give the player about 2 minutes or so per level to run out and roll the Katamari over these objects/people, and try to get their accumulated score over a set amount, while staying within a set mass. This way, you'd have to figure in how much something is worth, point wise, and try to keep your katamari within a set size limit, before the time runs out.
Of course, as stated earlier, should somebody figure out a much nicer way of doing it, the credit's theirs. |
