My family left for vacation 2 weeks ago. About 3 days after they left, there was a power outage which CP did not recover from. It never reconnected and we were left waiting for my family to get back home before the site would come back up. To keep the games avaiable during the downtime, I redirected CP to motherhamster.org's CP gamelist mirror. (Thank you very much, James, for setting that up).

It's back up and running smoothly.

I admire your hard work and courage, John (IM). I fully understand your predicament. You took this well, as did I. I found the CP down time to be a wonderful breath of fresh air. I got SO much work done, ironically.

I would also like to thank James Paige. The mirror site with the game list undoubtedly came in handy for bored CPers. I can only hope that others used the down time to compose reviews for and play games, if they had nothing else to do outside the OHR community.

I composed one review aside from all of the schoolwork I've been buried under. Whether it will be released, though, I am unsure. Needs to be re-re-read first...
Like I said, I got a lot of work done while the site was down, and I was even bummed when I saw that it came back up. Looks like I'll be adding this to my list of things to watch again. It'll be fun, but time consuming, as usual.

Once again, thank you for handling the situation in a mature manner, and thanks for the down time. Cheers.
