I agree with PHC. I can't stand having a desktop pic that's all grossly pixelated.

It would be kind of someone to PM me about this and tell me how they make a higher definition screen. I just blow up work I have already done, but you guys' idea seems a lot better. I simply haven't found out or learned how to make better DeskTops yet. -.-

RIDE ON SHOOTING STAR!
Yeah, I rented and watched all of FLCL this week. I now have about ten FLCL wallpapers. It is possibly the greatest thing I have ever watched.

edit: Wow that's really small... I don't know why It did that. I blame photobucket.

That's Litestep, which I currently like more than plain old explorer.

Sephy, what's that link on your desktop that says "giz"? I'm touched! Also, lemme ask, why do all of you have links to your emulators, and everything on screen? I mean seriously, if I were to have illegal programs and files, I think I'd kind of keep them secret. I mean hell, my backdrop is the default Hewlett Packard Blue, and I don't link to ANY directory I use. It takes 3 passwords and a secret log-in to even SEE my real desktop, and even then, it's like, pretty boring. I guess I'm just not a desktop person. Back to the point though: Sephy: "What is giz?"

I agree - I think the "desktop background" section of Deviantart is meant for homemade backgrounds to show off the way you compile your stuff with a funky picture - Not for stealing another peice of art and just smacking it on your screen and then a printscreen to top off... Its more than that.

I now take the opportunity to show Britain’s finest:
