How do you know it's sour? Do you smell it? That's what I do. Also, get your dreams from the back part of the shelf in the supermarket. Those are the newest jugs. Turn the jug over before putting in your cart, to see if it drips. If it does, put it back. You don't want your dreams to spill all over the backseat of the car on your way home!
Seriously though, might I suggest "Tainted" instead of "Sour". Has a better ring to it.
And you clowns need to leave PHC alone. All of his "insults" are perfectly valid, he just doesn't fluff them with needless pleasantries. You get enough mindless/undeserved praise at the art forum, don't demand it from everyone. _________________ ARRRR, GLADYS! CHALK IT, DON'T PLEASURE IT |

The title isn't the best, but I've seen worse.
... a LOT worse. _________________ "There will always be people who will tell you they hate what you made, or like what you made, and will tell you that what you did was wrong or right."

For the record, "Sour Dreams" is a parody name to "Sweet Dreams", one of the many songs which i used the titles and lyrics to build the areas around.
Also, I was suprised on how much attention the comment(s) drew. I am also glad for the [brutally] honest feedback on the title, but it stays!
Also, I am still looking for graphical help. Look in an earlier part of the thread for details. _________________ A broken clock is still right twice a day. |

I'm not sure if I'm able to regret this, but...
I am goind to Indefinitely Suspend Descendants of Zelda: Sour Dreams for now , in planning for a much more... time consuming series . I have already started the planning stages for the first game, and once I get the Magma Temple stage complete and bug-free (in my eyes), I'll put up a demo .
As much as you may hate/love DoZ:SD, I am going to pick it back up after I complete both the first game and the second game's demo.
[EDIT-See Moogle1's post...]
[EDIT 2- Went ahead and uploaded a Demo] _________________ A broken clock is still right twice a day.

Its clever.
Hope you go well with the game making... seems so many people are not making nowadays. That makes you = legend : for the time being. _________________

what are you talking about? im sure there are quite a few people still working on games... they just dont talk about them much, or at all.
anyways...
if i get the chance i might just help you out on your graphics... if i have the time between my own projects and school.
about your supposed 'Plip', do you mean a type of slime monster, or just a green blob resembling that of a cartoonish dog? (with a purple tail) _________________

Like James' plips.
I'll give him credit for the Idea.
I can still use the graphics above for DoZ and Colora; I'll just need the one from Sparrowhawk again.
Update!! Update!!
The Titles of the Two games in the Colora series are:
Colora: Path of Color
Colora: Stairways [Working Title-I was listening to 'Stairway to Heaven' as I typed this...]
There'd be a third if I hadn't lost the Colora: Chaotic Life notes... not thai I can do side-scroll...
Edit== Thanks, Sparrowhawk, that'd be appreciated. Just e-mail them to me and remind me to put your name in the credits. _________________ A broken clock is still right twice a day.
