As some of you know, I am writing a film with Alex Rosenburg (fomerly Alex Foster who starred in the movie "The Parenthood" with Steve Martin). He's also a DJ and wrote this piece for the film. It's kinda choppy because he was writing it in a hurry, and will probably fix it up.

So let me get this straight:
You're a celebrity or a person who will soon be stinking rich?

When you finish the movie and whatnot, remember to send your good ol' pal Danny some money (preferrably $10,000).

Anyway, that file is WAAAAAY too big for me to download. If I tried to download it, my computer would probably go BUUUUUUUURRRRRPPP!!!
and explode.

Hearing it as Im typing. Cool connection with the biz. Anyway..song sounds real, just needs a lil tune up like you said...already sounds like a montage thing for a movie(hehe). Might I ask with what did you guys write this with?

Dan -- I'm not a celebrity, I just know someone who was. I am scheduled to meet the man who runs Embassy Records concerning film scoring this Saturday though, which is cool.

Veld -- He used his DJMX keyboard that he picked up at Sam Ash. He actually can afford that stuff. Raspberry!

Even though the style of this piece is not exactly compatible with our film's genre (i.e. supernatural drama thriller), there is a scene that it works perfectly for. I'm going to be writing the music to this movie (and making a cameo appearance Raspberry!

), but he's going to help out with some of the music as well.

Yes it is the Yamaha. He downloaded a ton of samples and combined them on the keyboard. Also, the film is going to be independently marketed, so I will make sure that if you guys ever want a copy when it's finished (which will be a long freaking time from now), then I'll let you guys know about it.
