I'm back after being gone for almost a year. Most of you guys probably dont know me, but I kinda remember some of you. I spent the entierity of the last year going to college, or being drunk . I'm gonna try to pick up where I left my games (like the OHR Sims), but that'll depend on how much time it takes me to correctly configure dosbox (SCREW XP!).
Now I'm off to read 2172 posts.... _________________ Yeah, I thought I was dead too.

Welcome back. OHR Sims wasn't bad, but it needs a lot to make it better. Anyways, welcome back. _________________ ---------------Projects----

I know that. I had a much better version but I had to reformat. I'll have to start over from scratch. _________________ Yeah, I thought I was dead too.

Yeah man, welcome back. I agreet that OHR Sims was good, but it sucks a lot that you have to start over. Kinda reminds me to make backups og my graphics and .rpg files. |

Speaking of back ups, I try and update my big projects every week or so on floppy disc. It helps, and it gives you a feeling of security about it too. That and give backups to people online, hehe. With those two, you won't lose your game in a while. _________________ ---------------Projects----

Yeah thats a good idea.
Irony is that I actually backup-ep everything on a floppy and my mom threw the floppy in the garbage!
Sad thing. _________________ Yeah, I thought I was dead too.

I update floppies every DAY.
And I suggest you keep tabs of your floppies. Maybe put them where you're mom won't throw them away. |

beh, I make a second copy of my project every day somewhere, andcopy it to my other harddisk nearly as often, and copy my entire backup folder to CD every...maybe month or so. That's the beauty of having 2 harddisks- backups made easy. No fear of harddisk crashes. _________________ "It is so great it is insanely great." |
