Considering it took MCW 40 hours to beat it, yeah... Then again, any game that can keep people playing for 40 hours probably isn't that bad. And any game that takes up to 40 hours with the OHR...

I'm already bracing for a series of poor reviews of it on account that it rips graphics heavily, has some balance issues, and is little more than a series of cliches. Good luck getting EVERY secret out of it though. It's the Xenogears of the OHR.

Heh, I didn't mind the ripped graphics all that much, nor the balance. I just didn't like how I had to fight 20 bazillion enemies to buy the newest set of armor (required basically to beat the bosses), then repeat it over and over for hours on end. It was basically &And with a plot.

But yeah, when I beat it, I'll give it one fat review.

Hey guys and girls I'm not trying to be a jerk about anything here but just wanted to clear a few things up about my wifes game RRRRPG
1. the game is in it's roughest form
2. she's been extreamly busy lately actually drawing art to submit to REAL publishing houses to make money.
3. she's also been helping me do artwork for my game.
4. plotscrypting for wingedmene takes time.
So I'm sorry if you didn't like it or hate it she hasn't had real time to work on it so if you want to talk trash about her game please take things of that nature into account before making fun of her. I enjoy this board very much and consider your council of advice to be of top honors but to act in such a maner is unbecomeing of people of your intellegence. On a side note she did warn everyone it is mearly a test file for plotscrypts to go into wingedmene. I mean no offence to anyone here but please consider facts before makeing conclusions. thank you

No one insulted Komera. It was a review. Furthermore, it is a review of the game itself, and there's no reason to take into account the fact that shes busy with other things. How busy she is doesn't affect how much someone enjoys the game, and therefore should not affect the review.

Well, I failed to submit my review because my computer crashed and burned while I was writing it. I DID save it this time but my computer is screwed up, and so I have no access my review notes. Therefore, the review didn't get up. I'll still write the review, but expect it to be a little late.

Aeth - Geez, you are having rotten luck. I would have given up long ago. Oookay...

Komera/Alpha - It wasn't meant as an insult. People aren't expected to love your every game, and RRRRPG certainly needs some work before it is polished up (in all honesty, I agreed with CN's review. The only reason I didn't write a review was I though I never FINISHED it when infact I HAD because the game IS just wandering in hallways. Oops). Rather then take the grade as an insult (which it isn't), take it as helpful advice for improvement, if the game is ever updated. If you never plan on updating it...then the review really has no meaning except to get it's average grade down.

this is support that my recent decision only to review finished games was a right one

suggestion for castle paradox: add a 'is it okay for others to review this game?' checkbox to the game submission process. this is a case in point, this was obviously not a game that should have been reviewed

I think the review box is a good idea, while doing away with reviewing incomplete games is not. Most people can just write on the game description "Please don't review" or "Review to your heart's content," etc.

The review box is an excellent idea, and it's on Inferior Minion's big old list of things to do. I'd like to thank everyone who reviewed a game for this challenge, and the next one will take place next week. The delay is because I'm in Japan right now, and for the first week, we don't have access to the internet from are own computers. As for what the challenge will be, well, I've given some thought to it, and I think everyone will have a good time reviewing the next batch of crazy games. Once again, thanks for bettering the community with your hard work!

Hrm. Well, I wrote my Arfenhouse 4 review, but I had a bit of trouble with the gif transparency, and the review was already accepted, so...yeah.

Since it's disc 1... If you can get to Ultinesicious (or whatever her name is), you can consider that the actual end of AH4. That is until Seppel finishes Disc 2.
