ok I'm new but I've been working with OHR since like, last march BUT PLOTSCRIPTING STILL SUX. I've made a few games but they were very pointless and unintesting without plotscripting. So I gave it a try.
Atfirst my scripts kept having errors and I couldn't compile the but after awhile I got better and could compile them.
BUT when i use them in my game the whole thing goes kamikaze. When playing my game the game would "fail to unlump the hs file" and then it would use a compleatly differnt hs. file! So i reloaded my hs files that were busted and tryed it again.BUt the same thing would happen OR the script woulden't do what it is supposed to (Ex. displaying text boxes but not walking the NPCs and skipping to the part where they are destroyed)

Could you post the scripts that you compiled? I know it's a problem within the script you wrote, but I can't tell you what when I can't see it ..
So, here's what I want. The script(s) that are causing you trouble. If it's the entire file then post it, heh. We'll get this solved in no time. |

Did you use the suspend obstruction command? If not, the NPCs may be running into each other. That happened to me once. _________________ .hack//SIGN is freakin' awesome. |

If you get a "failed to unlump" error, that means that your hs file is corrupt/got corrupted when you imported it. Have you tried recompiling the scripts and importing them again? (not just reimporting the corrupted hs file)
As for the other bugs, post your scripts. _________________ "It is so great it is insanely great." |
