I was the last maintainer of O:OHR, though it went through a lot of hands before it got to me. CP was a pet project of mine before I left; ChaosNyte carried the name and the spirit to Inferior Minion, who made CP a reality.
O:OHR is archived on CP, but I forget the URL.
