If it wasn't for a programming project due on Sunday, I'd say you could expect that to be completed by the weekend. Technically, it'd just be the exact opposite of the buddy list. Add users you wish to ban...if they're banned, set all permissions to 0. As soon as I finish my Comp. Graphics assignment, I'll get that working.
