Castle Paradox

Ok So I am new to OHR and i was wondering if there was a way to:

1. Make a NPC who could raise a stat such as the fairies in Zelda?
2. make a "water" tile that cannot be walked on but can be riden on in a boat?

And if the party has 5 or more heroes does the player swap heros like in FFIV?

Any help would be appreciated.

1. There are three ways of doing this:
- Make the NPC link to an inn. This is if you're only concerned with refilling HP/MP.
- Make the NPC give a stat-raising item. You can't force the player to use it, though.
- Use plotscripting.
