Anyone remember this game? Maybe James?

It was the game that introduced me to OHRRPGCE, and I thought it was pretty cool. Had some cool music, too if I remember.

I think it was made by a team called "Atomic Knights" but their old AOL website is down.

I remember I downloaded the game through AOL's freeware game section.

Any info you can provide, or a copy of the game? It's been driving me crazy for 10 years.

I remember the name, but never played the game. Try emailing rinkuhero@gmail.com about it.

Actually I'm pretty sure the title is Atomic Knights for all their games and Heart of Riva was just the subtitle. I played all parts of their games because I somehow liked how random the gameplay was.

Only thing Google turns up is the big list of releases for the 2002 OHRlympics (god i remember that). It appears with others under the series Atomic Knights, but there is no link associated. http://moogle1.stormpages.com/ohr/biglist.html

Your best chance is that someone out there has an old copy, in which case I'd go with Moog's suggestions of asking Rinku.

It's Déjà vu.

That person probably hasn't been here in ages, but you might try asking him/her. It's worth a shot.

Everybody's talking about this game, so I'm interesting in finding a copy as well and see what all the hubbub is about.

I might have the totally outdated parts someone where on my old HDs...

Also the main Atomic Knights game was once in the top 30: http://www.castleparadox.com/rinku/Septa/ohrmonthly/0900top30.html

Heart of Riva was the sequel/prequel to Atomic Knights: Apocolypse, which was one of my favorite older OHR games. I can't seem to find either. :\

I bet it was in my big collection of RPG files... which I lost in a hard drive failure on one of my old computers :(

It is actually right under my desk as I type this, but if I turn it on it just goes "click click click sccccrape!"

EDIT: FamicomFreak has a copy. See screenshots here

If I get a copy of this game, I'll make a website for it (one page, nothing facny, just somewhere people can google and maybe find the game, because I thought it was pretty good and challenging for a game that isn't hosted anywhere. It was a long time ago, maybe it sucks, lol, we'll see.

Why does the game need for you to make a site for it? It'll be fine just to be hosted here.

Jeez, everyone's so uptight about this. The game isn't hosted anywhere. I've wanted to play it for like 8 years. I didn't know you could upload games to this site that you didn't make, and while uploading games here is well and good, it IS a barrier to other people who might otherwise play the game if a game doesn't have another website. All in all I'm too lazy to make a page for it anyway, but I remember it being good and just thought that this forgotten title could use some exposure.

I don't think we're being uptight about anything.

It just seems like going out of your way to make a tribute site for the game would be kind of troublesome. Neutral

But you don't actually have the game, which is the larger issue here.

Isn't the fact that we're spending this much effort talking about what someone else does with their spare time sort of proof that we are acting a little uptight?
