I never even realized OHR had a community until recently. Until then, I just thought that the OHRRPGCE wasn't very popular, and was just some random game making engine. In fact, I never knew there were other RPG making engines until coming here and reading a few posts about it. But does this mean my review is gone?

I'd say it's an allegory of 90% of the OHR Community; people who claim they're going to do things and end up ultimately not doing them/giving up. That, and it was probably a joke.
