And I have an archive of about 30 or so games in their original zip files. I haven't checked all of them yet, but I noticed "Blood Fest" wasn't in the site's archive and I was wondering if you'd like me to submit it. I think it was written by someone of the name Magius. It's not a completed game and its style really stood out for me. Others might not agree with me though, I am just an ordinary fellow gamer who doesn't take many things seriously.

My zips are on a seperate computer and if you'd like, I could look through them for any games you're missing.

Oh, and my apologies if I'm in the wrong forum. |

Don't worry about the forum thing. Only a few are concerned about that. And this seems ok. Although the Announcements forum is the ideal spot. But as I said, no one really cares.

Thats really cool that you found those files. Could you put them up for us to view? It would be really cool. I hope they are all OHR games. I would like to see this game you think highly about. Style is good.

Oh, welcome back. _________________

It's not so much up to us as it is to the author. The purpose is to get as large an archive as possible, but we still do our best to respect the author's right to decide where his/her game is available.

If you could ask this "Magius" what s/he thinks first, that'd be better. Is there a readme including the author's e-mail or anything?

and yes i could go all into how the games on o:ohr are an exception because they're archived here anyway, but there's no need to talk about all that right now |

Thank you for the welcome Yes, they are all OHR games, very old OHR games, but OHR games nonetheless. And, no, Blood Fest didn't come with a readme. I'm not sure if it has the author's email inside the game though, I'd have to replay it to check.

I don't think highly of Blood Fest, but it was good when I first played it. It was the first of my knowledge to emerse you in a virtual world through the battle backgrounds in a very graphically creative way. You'd see what I mean if you get a chance to try. So before you give it harsh review, you have to understand the time period, this was an old game.

A game I thought highly of would be The Adventures of Meow: CSC. It's a shame it received such a low rating and an even bigger shame it was never continued. It was my all time favorite.

I'm sorry, I have no idea whatsover regarding how to contact the authors for these games. I'm just an ordinary gamer who likes to play video games. I don't stress all of the details, I either like it or don't. I don't believe a game is all about plotscripting, there are some old rules that hold true like an intriguing storyline, etc.

I was thinking of reposting this topic in the announcement forums, but I hear that might be an even worse idea. Perhaps a moderator could move this over for me? Very sorry for posting in the wrong forum...

Just tell me exactly what you'd like me to do and I'll see if I can work things out.

Thank you very much! You've all been very kind to me ^_^ And I'm sorry for all the trouble I've caused. |

TaoMeow, huh? I'd like a copy of that, personally.

I hear Monheart's still "around," just not on the forums. Maybe someone ought to contact him about uploading his game. _________________

				I know PHC.RPG is Walthros.

Most of these that aren't available here will be at the O:OHR Archive.

I know for a fact that Duck and MJ 2 isn't available here, since JSH doesn't want it available. Those are the kind of cases I'm talking about, where you'd want the author's permission as s/he might not want it available.

And you have one of my games on that list.

One that's definitely available here. |

I talk to him from time to time, actually. If you would Like, I could give him your IM name. And Iblis beat me to the punch. _________________ Planning Project Blood Summons, an MMORPG which will incinerate all of the others with it's sheer brilliance...
