I can help, but I want to hear more about the game and see the work you have done on it so far. I have programmed the engine for a castlevania sidescroller that uses 5 subweapoins along with a whip with three different upgrades, so I'm sure I could help you with whatever you want. After you show me what you have done with your game and tell me what your plans are, I'll send you the game and you can see what I can do.
I would prefer if you responded via PM or AIM, since I don't always check the forums.
