Due to the fact that the contest doesn't officially start for a few weeks, I can't disclose that information, so I guess that's your only real disadvantage to starting early. I can say this, there aren't any real suprises with em. _________________ ---------------Projects----

First time I am hearing about this story. I just read this topic and automatically an idea hit me about the vampire x human girl game. | Yeah. Reading helps collect ideas.
Ok, so I don't explicitly say human x vampire, but Moogle1 still knew what I meant, considering he thought I was going to make Twilight RPG as well.
I'm definitely starting early (I already have), simply so that if I break contest rules, I can make the excuse that it'll still be Halloween based for celebration and because I can release the game late if I slack off. _________________

They're not neccessarily rules, but they more or less show you what areas you'd need to work on to get points. It's basically the same thing it's always been. _________________ ---------------Projects----

Don't need points. Just want to make a game in good spirits, even if it ends up being three yea- I mean months late. _________________

Oh, thats where the idea popped in my head. I just couldn't remember where exactly I got it from.
Well since we are both going for vampire romance story(provided you still want to do it), may the best one win.
By the way, I might implement custom battle system I always wanted to do. If anyone here played Mini-RPG by Jaws-V-soft, thats the battle system I am going for. With few modifications of course. _________________ Try my OHR exporter/importer.

I stopped going for it the moment Moogle1 said Twilight RPG. _________________

Just a reminder that a week from tommorow the contest "officially" starts. But like I've been saying, you can start early, but the only disadvantage to that is designing your game without knowing what the three guidelines or the bonus point items would be. _________________ ---------------Projects----

And 'Me' made a vampire-killing game with some other guys a few years back while Gilbert made 'Bastard.GUNS Transylvania', so that's four! |

Neither of you is Shadowiii, who would be unable to name any of those games, having been absent for their release. _________________

I'm just saying like everybody whose suggested a game suggested it have vampires in it. WE NEED A NEW DRUG. And no, it isn't freaking werewolves. Werewolves are stupid. _________________ But enough talk, have at you! |

How about...
Frankenstein and Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde type games?
People could put a spin on those ideas, like Frankenstein functioning as a toaster or Mr. Jekyl turning into Ronald McDonald. _________________

SG3 doesn't have vampires. Scare Spree has a kid dressed up as a vampire, but no actual vampires. _________________
