Kounnosuke's graphics look really good. There are little/no mistakes I could find.

However, Hoshima's do have a few errors I noticed. First was that chin pixel, which is easy to fix. The other, however, is how his head is smaller in the up/down graphics then in the side-to-side graphics...drastically smaller. (cheap plug alert) In Pitch Black I do pratically the same thing but opposite...the main heroine's walkaround graphic is a rather large head going down, but side-to-side it is too much smaller.

The problem with having this is that it looks like a completely different character when you change from side-to-side to up and down...which isn't a good thing.

Other then that, I really like the detail, expecailly in Kounnosuke's clothing. Keep it up.

Actually, Shadow, I was trying not to get the head to be a different size when you look at it in different views. I guess it happened anyway.

A'righty, well, I know what I need to work on. All I need now is a day off. Big grin

Sorry about reviving this, but it sure beats a new thread on the same thing.

CP Games went down, which is why the first two images are broken, but I have the walkabouts of Saki and Hoshima's Battle graphics.

Saki

Hoshima Battle

[EDIT: Now that I though about it, Saki looks a lot like something Madhatter would do. ^^]

The walkarounds are nice. The battle graphics are pretty good. My main problem with them would be the fact that they all are based on the same picture. I really prefer unique battle graphics, where every frame is seperately made, as they show more movement. But that's just my opinion. Excluding that, those battle graphics are very good.

Some strong points in the battle grafics are that shading and the cloth. The cloth shading is well done!~ I dont like the neck though. Heck, who cares about the neck anyway?

Setu grafics = 7 oo 10 Big grin

Yeah, that's my biggest fault as a pixel artist when it comes to battle sprites, Me. I don't think I'd be able to draw up the same picture twice.

RPRealm5- The original sprite of Hoshima and Kou were uploaded on CP-games, which went down a week ago, so that's why it wouldn't load....unless you were talking about Saki.

Kind afunny. Awhile ago you said that I was a better CGer. In a couple ways I am, but in some ways you are too. Overall, I am better than you. Big grin

The battle graphics are well-sized, though the weak graphic looks like he getting high, and the well done using the black outline technique. The walkabouts are pretty good, too, except for the legs. It looks like he is shoe less.

Nice work there, Captain Spammer. What?!?!
