I would like to know how to shoot a laser outside of battle.
Taeloz did it in "Star Trek Cheasepeake". But I can't figure out the plotscript. Please help me out.

Taeloz made it so that it shoots a laser when you press the key "f".
I thought it was neat, can somebody please help me out? I also would like npcs to shoot back from a range of "10". If you have any idea how to do it, please post what to type on this forum that you're looking at now.
And if you know where I can get "paint shop pro 1" for free or a really low price, please post that too. I would like to make better backdrops, so I need it.

Could somebody pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase tell me how to shoot a laser outside of battle when I press the key "f"? I promise I will put this game on the game list. It will be reaaly cool. It's already over
4 megabytes long. It's the best game I've ever made. I haven't had many replys aside from the ones I have posted myself . Pleeeeaaaase tell me how to accomplish this plotscript. It's one that you put put in the on keypress script in the general map data on the OHRRPGCE. Please, I'm desperate.
I reeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaally need this plotscript. pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase ?

Sorry Andrew, I didn't know I wasn't supposed to put a big avatar beside the replys I posted , such as my title screen. So I changed it to a drawing I made with ms paint and enhanced with photostudio.

I thought this forum was supposed to help me. That's why I created it.
If we don't all help each other, these forums will be useless. I really need

1. This is not a forum, just a thread within a forum.
2. Look at the Zelda attack in Moogle 1's plotscripting library.
3. If that doesn't help, God kows what will.

I didn't know this was just a thread . If Taeloz or James Paige would look at thi "thread ", then I could get some help. It's too bad nobody will tell me how to do this. My game is now over 6 megabytes long.

p.s. I have already checked the zelda attack, but I don't know how to alter it. Taeloz does know how to do some kind of plotscript to do that,
I wish he would look at this. I e-mailed him about 5 weeks ago, but he never wrote back.
