1. I don't think there really is one, to be honest. Though I hold Valkaree, PHC, Uncommon, Orchard, Gil, Retro, and Moogle1 with a great deal of respect. Of course, I could've probably thought of seven names of totally different people who I also respected.

2. No idea. I don't think I've ever seen an interview with James Paige (which is sad), so maybe you should consider that.
