Am I the only one to find this out now? I always wondered why you shared your art here.

Anyways, great stuff! I tried to get into 3D modelling once, but I was teaching myself without instructions or a teacher. Long story short: nothing well done or completed came from it.

UV mapping is something I can do, though. 2D seems to be more of my realm.

Allllllll righty~! It's been a while, but it's also been a while since I've been able to get anything I like to show. So here we are;

Hank. Now Hank was modeled by my teacher and what we had to do was add a texture and a bump map to him. I made him look like a water monster. My friends made him into a regular red demon or a zombie... I think there was a gargoyle in there somewhere too... *thinks* aw-well I like the colours Wink

Mitsubishi Lancer 09. It's coming along better than I hoped, I'm at the detailing stage now so I'll be adding curves to in and then in a week we'll add the lights and be done O_o It seems I have alot to do...

I have things due next week in all my classes; 3D modeling, XSI, Photoshop, 2D animation (AHH!), life drawing and production, it's gettin' crazy out here @_@

Looks like you're learning a lot pretty fast.
I am mostly self taught and haven't quite gotten to bumpmaps, but I am aware of them.
Nice work overall.

Bump maps are fun. Do you have the version of the little monster before he was textured? I like seeing the differences.

Alrighty then, here we are, the beauty of my long hard hours of pulling points, crashing/failing programs, and some lost data (5 hours worth) where I laughed, loved, got angry, and maybe a tear or two (not out of joy after forgetting to save only to have 5 hours worth lost in a matter of seconds...) This is my nearly complete car~! Yay~

A Mitsubishi Lancer 09~ sexy isn't it. =_= I'll be texturing it tomorrow once I finish putting in the glass... I also have a few lumps to get outta there... But I must say :3 After doing this project my Elephant looks like crap... And next week we are modeling humans, I'll be designing my own of course ^_^ so you're bound to see the designs up in a day or so...*cough* early next week*

I will also be starting a short flash animation next week. :3 And our class is going on a Studio tour~ 'LUX Visual Effects Studio' v^_^ excited!

Geez, if you can do all that after 2 months, I'm extremely impressed. Are you one of the better people in your class?
