It always freezes in custom when I'm editing graphics. And its like this in all the windows versions (FB.Allegro,SuperCustom <the new version>). I just use the DOS for working on games.

For playing them I use the windows based though, and it truns smoothly (though FB did freeze 1 time in game...)

(..where has the "edit post" button gone?)
..anyway,i was wrong.bug#2 i mentioned earlier is still at large.i created this formation set, that's supposed to give off just a correct amount of EXP for the player to go up 1 level.but then, when i defeated the enemies in that set my hero went up 7 levels, giving off 2008 EXP or something.not just that, but the set contains 3 enemies that's supposed to drop a single item each, but after the battle i got 33 of that item! Oookay...

This is awesome. Third best update ever, after plotscripting and more-than-four-maps. Big grin

Could you file this one in Bugzilla?

That is fixed, and will be in Tirgoviste.

Eeeeeeeeeeew.

I just got done editting all the music in one of my games and importing MIDIs. After doing this, my RPG file got corrupted and was unedittable in any way. (It became corrupted after saving) I reloaded a backup and changed everything to MIDI again and the same thing happened.

It also seemed to increase the size of the RPG file by quite a bit more than I expected.

Other than MIDI support, I haven't seen any real problems yet. The music menu seems pretty glitchy too. I had custom crash several times just sorting through the files.

Oh, and also: the mute feature doesn't seem to be working. For me, it automatically greys out all mutable spells from the beginning of the battle.

WHOOPS

Ok, sorry, I must have installed the wrong version on this computer. Serendipity+ fixes the MIDI problems.

I haven't tested it with mute, though.

Yo man the animated backround thing is still fucked.

Oh and the music seems fucke dto. The last note of the song seems to lag for a long time....Sometimes into the the next song (yes its an overlay).

If you are, explain.

Yes.

I set the animator to animate between 4 frames at 10 ticks. It STILL scrolls through all the preceeding backdrops before animating.

I can't really explaint he song part more than I already have.

:/

No, no, no...
