Torpedo was the only part of the 2002 Halloween contest? entry WTF!!!!11 which wasn't hopeless flawed in concept. Unfortunately, except to a silly Zero Wing ripoff intro which was unfinished and never seen, it was never made.
Some day however, if I make a side scrolling shooting tech demo (which OHRadius beat me to), this will be it.
PS: The download is the original WTF and is can not be called a playable game, but was the contest entry.
