Currently, my to do list is as follows:

§ Finish an illustration for my good Canadian firend, Keegan Penney, of his character from "Never Winter Knights".
§ Illustrate Adam (aka Redmage)'s chracters from his game... Forgot the name. I see potential in his hero designing skills.
§ Scan some illustrations I did over the weekend. Some are for school, some are just for the heck of it. School comes first, though.
§ Take my clothes out of the washing machine...
§ Make a few quicky map-tiles OHR style for Adam. Like maybe just three today.
§ Type a page of research on some charity called "All Our Kids foundation."
§ Put the second load of laundry in... The washing machine...
§ Guild raid instance on World of Warcraft...
§ Take laundry out of the dryer (getting tired of doing this every week.
§ Clean my room...
§ Maybe try composing a remix for Pkmnfrk's deal...

That'll keep me busy the rest of the day.
Don't be stranger. If anyone has any words of wisdom for me, feel more than free to say anything you want. If fact, I could use a good laugh...

I've found that simply turning your clothes inside out can postpone laundry day from once a week to once every two weeks Big grin

Side effects may include strange looks, decline in social life, and a general lack of hygeine.

Looking forward to seeing some of those illustrations

Wow. Why didn't I think of that? THANK YOU, IM!

I have a few already. Maybe I should show them here or in the art corner. I could use a second opinion on some...

Update: This is what I have left to do now. JOY!

§ Finish an illustration for my good Canadian firend, Keegan Penney, of his character from "Never Winter Knights".
§ Illustrate Adam (aka Blaze)'s chracters from his game... I remember the name now. "The demon within'", I believe.
§ Take my clothes out of the washing machine... still havent done it, I know...
§ Make a few quicky map-tiles OHR style for Adam. Probably do this another day. Maybe this weekend.
§ Put the second load of laundry in... The washing machine...
§ Guild raid instance on World of Warcraft... I made a commitment to my guild. The fun must commense!
§ Clean my room... Maybe...¬¬
§ Maybe try composing a remix for Pkmnfrk's deal...

And that about wraps up the night.

Any more sage advice, anyone? I appreciate it in advance.
And I smell dinner. Big grin

Eating in front of the computer increases productivity? Not only for gaming, but for OHRing, IRCing and pretty much anything else computer related. Hell, get a fridge for your room XD. Means you won't ever have to leave! (Er, except for the showers and stuff, but combine that with IM's shirt idea and you won't ever have to shower again XD)

(PS: No, I haven't done this myself!!! I take no responsibility for any side effects or personal loss whilst doing this. Though, the eating at the computer....Big grin)

Lol. Thank you, SA.

I think you and John are collabing to kill me... :o

I do eat at my computer, though. I usually cook finger foods that one can place in the microwave for about 2 or 3 minutes and let cool off while one checks the internet. I use my hamper as a table. Happy

The frige in the room idea was somthing I gave some thought to.
Since I will be getting my own place pretty soon (if all goes according to plans), I would definitly consider buying a mini fridge. In fact, I'd trade a regular frige for a small one any day.

PS: My to do list has shrunk and grown:

§ Finish an illustration for my good Canadian firend, Keegan Penney, of his character from "Never Winter Knights".
§ Make a few thumbnails of a company logo for "elements of design" class.
§ Read the week 9 lecture for the online class "Publishing Concepts"
§ Read chapter 16 pgs 548-571 and 574-577 for "Publishing Concepts"
§ Participate in an online forum discussion for "Publishing Concepts".
§ Read p.316, answer q. 3 for Writing Comp. class.
§ Illustrate Adam (aka Blaze)'s chracters from his game.
§ Make a few quicky map-tiles OHR style for Adam (this weekend).
§ Review for Zander??? (leo really wants me to do one)
§ Maybe try composing a remix for Pkmnfrk's deal...

New list:
§ Finish an illustration for my good Canadian firend, Keegan Penney, of his character from "Never Winter Knights". This thing is HUGE, and full color.

§ Participate in an online forum discussion for "Publishing Concepts".

§ Read chapter 16 pgs 548-571 and 574-577 for "Publishing Concepts"

§ Mow the lawn.

And yes, I am working at a market on the side.

I need some advice on chicks. Do they like or hate cocky attitudes?

You've gotta toe the line, Leroy. They don't like you to be narcissitic, but they love confidence. Talk good about yourself, but talk better about her. A lot of guys'll tell you to be yourself, or not lie, but they're playing in the bush leagues. This is how you get to be in the Pros. If you're not ready to go to the big time, then don't read further, okay?

First step: Compliment her on her dress, and say how it compliments some part of her anatomy. Eyes are popular, but saying "It really shows off your legs" can work too. Throw in a comment about how your legs are good too, but not as good as hers.

I can't really tell you more, as I'm a smalltime bush player, and ran out of the room crying when my cool big time pro friend told me even that much. So just be confident in yourself, stand tall, look her in the eye, and say some awesome stuff, and you'll be fine.

Completely depends upon the girl really. Some girls may think that "Oh, this guy is showing off to me.. so obviously he thinks I'm hot.. so I'll let 'em do me". These are usually the types of girls that have had a lot more cockiness come out of their mouths than you.

Other girls may think you're way too into yourself so much, that there might not be any time for her. Which probably wouldn't work out too well.

My advice would be: don't talk about yourself, unless she asks. And if she does ask, don't go on and on for minutes. Try to counter-act with questions of your own.

Chicks like to hear you say that they smell good. This is only to be used if they actually do.

Also, be careful not to make too big a production out of smelling her first, lest she think you're a weirdo.

Are you a girl, vandam? If so, I'd love to smell you in all your most sensitive places.
