You really don't see how little you actually say despite the pseudo-highbrow language you use? You alternate between inane and creepy and it positively bothers me. It bothers me because I don't understand how you can't see it when you read your own posts. It bothers me because it isn't at that special level of wacko where one recognizes the character as a joke or satire. It bothers me because even I was never quite this bad.

It really isn't just "sometimes." In any thread discussing anything not related to, say, music, your utterances are an inane slurry of fancy phrasing.
It isn't "disturbing." It's bothersome. Irksome, perhaps, would be a good word. You abuse the English language in a way that no one else here does. While some posters on this site mangle the language like a mentally handicapped man raping and murdering a jogger at 5 AM in Central Park, you are more like a young man seducing a lonely old woman with sweet words and clever trickery, only to rob her blind and skip town to look for your next victim.

Absurd and insanely exaggerated, but indeed poetic. However, forgive me for not seeing it in the same extreme light. If you're referring to the somewhat slippery way in which I argue, well that was something I learned having to debate absolutely everything in my house growing up. Had to know how to be right without actually being right. Certain places I've worked also required the same sink-or-swim style of debate in order to survive. Still, after I've already agreed with you (at least in this instance), seems you're just looking for something to nitpick  I'm really not so bad. Generally, I'm a nice, considerate fellow, and very patient.
But like everyone else I have a breaking point. Maybe you can be a little understanding of that. Don't have to absolve me of harsh things said (although I am getting tired of people saying they don't understand certain SIMPLE statements made, or making a huge deal out of insignificant issues), but a little understanding wouldn't kill you.

Well, for one this slippery style of arguing is pretty much allowing you hope that people will forget about the Lucier gawking and instead forgive you for being angry.
Next you'll probably deny that and tell me that it is human nature and girls love it, which still doesn't stop the fact that people here find it creepy.
After that, is the obligatory example of people who flirt and still manage to be nice guys.
After that, I point out again that Lucier has a boyfriend (at least at the time of her posting pictures).

Now this is becoming pure semantics, because I don't give a shit if you think anything I've said is creepy. I stated what I liked about somebody, pure and harmless. What a big deal. I'll do it again, and again, I don't care. I will do the whole Me against the Whole Site thing if I have to, doesn't bother me; as long as I know I didn't allow myself to be censored or moderated. And even if it was 'gawking', what the fuck do you care for? You have no clue who I really am, or who she really is, and likewise I don't know you. Difference is, I don't assume to know you. The only substantial point anybody has is how I dealt with it when people gave me shit. And I've already agreed on that point.
Case closed.
If you argue past this point, I hope you take my harshest comments personally, because it shows a stunning lack of reasoning.

It's not really about who knows who, it's more about how one treats women in general that's in question here.
I am disgusted at pretty much any guy that flirts, because some people are actually struggling to find true love, and they have to see a guy who just gets whatever girl they want just because of some smooth talking. I feel sorry for any girl that gets caught up with someone like that, even if they do enjoy it.
So yeah... I already took that kind of argument personally long before you even posted it.

My ocnfession... is that I think you're all making a big deal out of nothing. Seriously! Really who gives a damn if Bena seems to have a crush on Lucier? I agree that comments made not referring to music usually refers to girls, but do we really need to argue over it? The guy is a talented musician. The rest of you stepping in every time this composer has a Freudian slip about his obsession with females sexually are talented storytellers, plotscripters, artists, or featured in OHR House.
Bena is probably at the peak of his male sexuality. If he isn't busy thinking of or doing something with a woman, he's making music. Perhaps that's why he's making immature, if not annoying, comments about Lucier. She IS the only girl I've seen that has her own face as her avatar and likes to make it known now and then "hey, I'm a girl!". In the past the community has been guilty of giving girls the special treatment (if not still), if you ask me.
I think Moogle is being too critical and nitpicky about Bena's comments. Maybe it's his nature. Expert plotscripter which, is an indication of someone who can do advanced programming. Here, you can't let things slide by, you have to make sure everything is correct. This is where you do have to be critical and nitpicking. Heck, Moog makes me think of my friend who happens to be extremely critical with me. Over the smallest things. This gets annoying. Fast. I respect Moogle's ability to create some really nifty things, but I think he's giving too much attention and time to the wrong thing, when he can be using that energy to say... advance Scary Game 3.
I just think you guys are all making a big deal out of nothing... I wanted to ignore it at first, but it is apparent to me that most of you hold a similar attitude towards Bena that I'm not catching. I think everyone here needs to make this less of a big deal and get back to doing something productive or ocnfessing... something other than Bena and Women. Please.

Bingo, I'm 20. Technically not a teenager (I would think you would pay attention to technicalities when speaking with someone like me), and certainly not one in mentality. I didn't identify with teenagers when I was one; I identified more with people over 30. But that of course wouldn't stop a conventional thinker. Age classifications help the government pass blanket laws, and psychiatrists to explain phases to their parents. We are products of our reality, experiences, and what we decide to learn from both, not our age.
Moogle, I'll correct myself: "Words shouldn't hurt".
And thank you OOIA, not for defending me, although it is appreciated, but mostly for just being a sensible guy. And for complimenting me, it is always appreciated.
In conclusion, I'm going to say what I'm going to say. If you don't like it, sorry. From now on, I refuse to get worked up over it. I would tell everyone to work on their games too, but I'm just as guilty of not working on mine (or anyone else's *wince* sorry).

I would rather treat a girl as someone special than to be a pervert, unless she is a pervert or jerk herself (which then I would treat her like most guys instead of being perverted), so if that makes me a sexist, then I don't mind because so many people can get away with being lots of things these days.

Some people treat women special... men like dogs. While others will simply do it the other way around. Sometimes problems occur when two people who treat the sexes differently don't quite accept each other.
I prefer to treat each person as a person. Whatever personality they reflect upon me I compensate but keep it as equal as possible. As someone who finds special treatment and (usually conventional) standards set by birth sex... unacceptable, (for lack of a better adjective at the moment) I think we should try to reach a medium that we can all agree on.
