| For future reference, PHC is right. A cursory examination of a dictionary or google could have told you the answer. However, Conspicuous means something particularly noticeable, something that sticks out, something obvious. Someone who walks into a bank and yells "BOY, THIS SURE IS A NICE BANK WITH LOTS OF RICH PEOPLE IN IT! IT'D BE A SHAME IF IT WERE TO GET ROBBED!" could be called conspicuous. |
