Right, I read this, and gleafully noted down every bad point and good point about the game, I'm glad it was bad. Big grin Because now I know EXACTLY what needs fixing!

Also, mysterious review how I believe may be Uncommon (I'm not sure),

> Title Screen (looks crappy, already re-done)

> Plot Shallowness (Instantly hired on a writer :p)

> Proofreading (I'm not sure how badly I wrote this, or wheather my spelling of Armour and colour etc got to people, someone please say if they spotted anything :p I swear I proofreed that damn plot 20 times :p)

> Balance! (Where did it go? I'm sure I put it in somewhere...what happened here is that I was stupid enough to only play my own game...and knowing how to win every battle...well, made life easier...so I did very little of it...while the review points out the lack of money anywhere, ever, it is possible to get enough to kit out people with decent stuff...but anyway, I'll add more money-making way to the next release as I had planned originally. I'll make the battles easier, and raise the EXP gain (which I was worried about slightly myself))

> Random Items (I forgot to remove some items from earlier enemies before release, and knew I'd left one in there...so :S Also on this note, I'd like to say that I'm adding more chances to find treasure in the dungeons (which I knew I'd forgot :S), also, would people like to see a lowered encounter rate? Or, do people like this?)

> Healing/Difficulty level (Right, does the save point heal cost too much? Or is it fine as it is, this is considering that I'll be making more chance to make money in the next release anyway. I was using the HP/MP heal on level, but was that enough? Should I also add the chance of finding healing points? Is the steal rate good, or bad?)

I would really REALLY REALLY like feedback, so please, yell, rant, verbally/pictorally/mentally abuse this journal entry, I know you 14 people who hap-hazardly download it are out there! :p

I would like feed back so I can make even better fixes than with just the help of the review, I also promise that the next release will take the play to a point where the plot starts making more sence (without playing the first game, which was a trap I REALLY tried to avoid) Infact, I wish I'd hung on with the demo till the end of this release, as the first 3 chapters only shortly introduced the player to the characters, there is practically NO plot development yet, as-side from Thella wanting Skurn dead, Lion wanting to go home...and Neritha wanting to smash heads for the Queen.

Finally, (at the end of this text wall, congrats for making it this far btw) here is the NEW title screen, please tell me which you prefer, as if neither are that good, then I'll do yet another one.

My proofreader is awesome, and has spotted a lot of my mistakes...I have discovered I have an irrational hate of plurals, :S anyway, today I've also started to impliment a fishing mini-game, it's a bit similar to that which was on Project Mono, but is better in the sence that it doesn't just take the bait and give you a random fish in return, oh-no, you actually HAVE to hover over the fish to catch it, and reel the bugger in, I'm using the standard battle system, in a unique way to create this mini-game, I've got a bit stuck on how to restore the full party at the end to how it was before the game starts...so that could be a spanner in the works for a few days, thus far it all works-ish, sadly I can't draw NPCs over layer 2/not sure if I need thingies to do so, I saw/imagined that there was an option to draw NPCs over layer 2 however that would mess up the fishes swimming depth.

I'm not sure if I want to add an arena to the game or not, I would like to on the one hand that it would make a substancial source of income for the player, while presenting a challenge. On the other hand I feel that an Arena side-quest would seem forced, and the character hasn't really got any motives to go there, I mean it's time consuming (which the characters never have enough of in their oppinions). Maybe I should scrap the ongoing style arena and just have a single arena in the game somewhere (although, then the point of it giving money would make no sence as it would take forever to get their)...any-one got thoughts on the matter?

I have another feature thats going to be fun/hard-ish to impliment, and all I can say is that it will A) Make this truely a re-make and B) Add a lot to the story.

So any thoughts? I want peoples oppinions on the whole arena thing. and what they feel about an ongoing arena, a single shot arena or no arena at all.

This RPG file has been culled; I will re-remake the game in another RPG file, once the 'tall' sprites become an existant and stable feature (Which may be a while), in the mean time I may be working on another project that ill take me the best part of a year, and also the collab, which I hope to show that I've gotten better at balance, if anyone wants to see how the game is currently...then give this journal a bump, the plot actually speeds on a bit in the update, and all the balance issues have been sorted. So if anyone wants to play it as it is, just give this a bump, okay? (Although I highly doubt anyone will bump this because everthing I post in dies...including my own journals)
