Starting off with the Tzakul issue, Tzakul is in a war with an eastern country called Karsh. Karsh has a leader who likes using spies to weaken enemy countries from the inside. Tzakul has been the victim of many of these spies used by Karsh, and is losing trust of other countries. However, the elder is believing that a hero will come, and defend Tzakul from Karsh. He may either ask the hero to lead the army, or be a messenger for a peace treaty for the 2 countries.

Quote:
Well, then why is the world at turmoil? Will this be resolved at the end of the story? Is/are the hero(es) going to resolve it?

The world is at turmoil because of the country Golav, who has a jerk king, is attacking nearby countries. Other countries have strengthened their military and also attacked other countries to prevent losing to Golav. Pudora, (the hero's homeland) on another hand, has stayed neutral, but is in fear of a Golav attack. It turns out that months after the first Golav attacks, the king of Golav dies, and Sgavit has taken over the new king of Golav's mind, and is controlling him. Once Golav takes control of the entire world, he will kill the king of Golav, and take control of the entire world. The hero's must stop Sgavit's plot. Sgavit, however, is in a distant world, inaccesible unless you use a travel door. The world in turmoil condition will be resolved when Sgavit is defeated, as the mind control if the new king will disappear. Oookay...

You are trying to make this thing WAY too epic, which is a silly thing to do because you don't even have the basics of the plot worked out. Why add Karsh? You already have Golav. Think smaller. Like this:

The world was at peace until one day the country of Golav attacked the kingdom of Tzakul without warning. Maybe the King of Golav, who had always been kind and benevolent, suddenly became possessed with the spirit of the evil demon Sgavit. Maybe the King's daughter got sick and died and the King, overcome with grief, decided to use an ancient magical device to try and bring her back to life. But instead, the device served as a conduit for Sgavit to take over the King's body. In order for Sgavit to retain his own physical demon form, he needs to make a sacrifice of pure blood or something. The King's daughter has just died, so he has to find pure blood from another source. So, posing as the King, Sgavit orders Golav's army to invade Tzakul and kidnap the princess. The army is reluctant and dismayed by the sudden change in their King's attitude, but orders are orders.

So they invade, and ever since then, the Tzakul have been weary of outsiders. In order to gain their trust, the hero must rescue the princess and return her to the kingdom. He does so (maybe with some help from some renegade soldiers of Golav who disagree with their "king") and gains the king's trust. But he also enrages Sgavit who now has a personal vendetta against the hero. Then Sgavit lays waste to the hero's home kingdom and kills his family in the process. Now the hero must destroy Sgavit to undo all of the destruction and return his family back to life using the same magical device that started this whole mess.

I hope this helps. There are some plot holes, but this is more just an outline for you to flesh out. It is cliché, but I think that is the type of story you are going for.

Sorry...... Surlaw, I don't want to add spherical chracters with only one colour in my new game.

Give him a fancy hat and a British accent, it will be a hit.

I'd buy it.

Thanks. I may use this plot, but it might be more later in the game. You see, I made Pudora inaccesible from Golav, so the attack won't come for a while. i.e. midway through the game, Sgavit gets so strong that he can destroy mountains, and makes Pudora accesible. Also, let's Sgavit can get stronger with despair. This can make your idea really work. For now though, I don't really want the hero meeting with Sgavit, because he has no allies (I'll certainly make some) unless I make a must die battle at Golav.

Currently, I have not worked on Knights of Pudora, as I have been busy with many school projects. If I get some time, I'll do more sketches. When all the work settles down for a bit, (probably by march break XD), I'll try and get a bit more progress.
