Many know him as the scourge of the Art Forum, and he is apparently banned.

He made a claim with no basis saying I thought I was an alien from another planet. I remember what he said was more harsh, but for someone to say something stupid like that when I didn't even talk to the guy is enough for me to give him a low score.
