Loneliness sucks. That's why I tried to kill myself back in March and got sent to a hospital. They put me on drugs, but all those do is make me hazy. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Good luck to you, Eggie.

(rant switch is turned to "on" position.)

Make the best of a bad situation, I always say. This post actually reminds me of my brother before he left off to college. He'd spend most of his time brooding on all of the things that were going wrong in his life, and of course I'd always tell him to look at the bright side, which always didn't help him, but now that I've come to the age that he was, let me expand upon that so that you can see the truth.

Alright, let's face it; our situations are definitely not ideal (and I say our because many teenagers are placed in situations like this, and so I made took a fairly liberal generalization) In fact, it may be completely deplorable. We've had to deal with the loneliness, the psychatrist sessions that we see no point in, etc. And we find these things as horrible, unlivable situations.

However, we refuse to look at this from a view other than our own. And of course, that's human nature, we are all normally rather egocentric when it comes to our lives, but a certain amount of empathy is necessary to deal with this situation, and hopefully it can be attained and upkept throughout our lives.

Look back at your life. Seriously. Truly analyze all of the things that you were truly angry about and look at them from a 3D perspective. Now, understand, this is definitely not going to make you not happy on most situations, but it will allow you to see things in a different light, and more often than you would think, change your view on the subject. Even if you're not seeing things from a different light, you'll had time to cool down from the anger.

Now, for all of you considering suicide in an attempt to better your lives, allow me to state something. Of course, my reasons for wanted to attempt suicide is different than most, I can give you a reality check. I'll try not to preach here, but let's look at the outcome of one's suicide.

Take for example, the standard "OMG, liek no one listenz to me!" cliche teenager. So they decide to kill themselves. So... who knows about you? Your parents, friends, siblings, and maybe your teachers, school administrators, etc. Now, consider the other road that was "diverged in that yellow wood." You grow out of your current situation (Which we all know we will.) You grow up, get a job, a family, hell, a dog, a cat, a goldfish, whatever. Even with this decision, you already see how much people (and animals:) ) would be dealing with you. That's right, what we all want as humans, that egocentric hole to be filled.

Now, back to Eggie's post: Remember, that you are only 1 person out of billions. Someone always has a worse situation that you. And remember this, most of all, it will get better. And trust me on that (and you know I mean it cause I'm usually too lazy to bust out the BBcode.

(rant switch OFF)

Oh yes, and don't be too quick to dismiss a psychatrist, try to find one that you feel actually gives you important advice, and most importantly, one that you feel comfortable talking to.

You can only appreciate the miracle of a sunrise if you have waited in darkness.
