Review # 5 for Chaos Nyte
Them's Fightin' Words
With the constant posting of stuff about his game, I thought that I'd finally give Xerian a try. What I found is frankly nothing to brag about.

Storyline- I'm not even going to attempt to sugar coat this. Xerian has the poorest dialogue I've ever seen in a game. The spelling isn't bad, but the dialogue itself is set up so poorly I fought theurge to jam pencils through my eyes. Full of lame inside jokes and sentences that make no sense, this game was meant for XM and his friends, not the community. "sigh" Might as well get into the story itself... After gathering his friends, who all live at his house, the hero Kolon talks to his "computer rival" about why the town is empty. Bill, Kolon's arch-enemy tells him it is because some sort of skull creatures are blocking the bridge out of town. So after Kolon and company defeat them, Bill tells them to find the source, by searching across all eleven continents. (At this point I almost kicked in my monitor. I could barely stand an hour of this game.) So Kolon heads out, climbs over Mount Zerian, and the demo ends. Thank god. The characters are boring and shallow, and I honestly hated every single one of them.

Graphics- Pretty decent. Apparently XM heard about shading and added it to everything he could. The enemy graphics are original and interesting, and if XM would read up on how to do shading properly, he'd have a pretty good looking game.

Gameplay- Though the training area is kinda of interesting, something about beating up Jigglypuffs, puppies and kittens for exp just seems wrong. The maps are ugly, and poorly designed, with Kolon's house being a maze. Houses are small and strangely shaped, and the Mount Xerian was bland and boring to walk through. "Yawn"

Music- AWFUL. The original songs bad, and it's evaident that XM has no music talent. The ripped music is placed poorly.

Final Scores
Graphics: 7/10.0
Decently well donel. Though the clouds of smoke over the chimneys are strange.
Storyline: 1/10.0
It'd be okay, if you hadn't butchered the dialogue.
Gameplay: 2/10.0
I just can't find killing kittens fun, and then taking pictures of their dead carcasses for money. Your a sick guy, Xerian Master.
Music: 1/10.0
Turn off your speakers!
Overall Grade: F+
Final Thoughts
Proving once again, that graphics don't make the game.
