				| No, but you can take out the hsd file, which is your hs file under a new name. 
 If you will wait just another week or 2, I'll release my HS-to-HSS decompiler, which you can use to get your script back in this sort of situation...

				| sounds like a great surprise. I would expect the *.hss will only contain the commands and not any comments after the #'s.
