Hello! I am best noted in this community for being the principle or sole composer for Fenrir's "Vikings of Midgard" and Friend's "Missing". I would like to lend my talents once again! For the right project.

Should go without saying I'm 1000x better than I was with those projects so long ago. You'd be getting some crazy good work from me.

I am also a writer as well as an experienced designer.

Hello, artimusbena! Welcome back!

What have you been working on since we saw you last?

What would the "right project" look like? Why style of game are you most interested in composing for?

You should post on https://www.slimesalad.com/forum/ also, since it is more active over there lately.

Hi Bena! Nice to see you again. I think it's been a while, but my memory is fuzzy; I think you might have popped by in the last decade?
Sadly I'm not really working on a game at the moment.

When James says "lately", he means the last ten years.

Good to see you too, TMC! It's been... wow, like 12 years since I heard of OHR. I'll eventually get around to joining up with the other forum.

Everyone seems to pop by eventually, to see what became of the place. A very few people like myself have been here more or less that whole time. I've been working on the OHR soooo many years and still feels like I'm only 10% done.

So what's new? Have you been composing this whole time? Working on games? I remember that back then you were also involved in at least one non-OHR game.

Welcome back!

I'm too lazy to join up the other forum.

That's my solo album. It's pretty cool. Influenced by Puscifer, NIN, The Mars Volta, and Beck.

When Red Mercury was still a band, we made a pretty epic album called When Galaxies Collide. A lot more Pink Floyd, Tool influence. Good bit of punk in there, and just straight up rock and roll. Prog rock purgatory.

Well, you listed a number of my favourite bands. This is all great! And it seems really professionally done too.
Was When Galaxies Collide actually released in August, or is that just when you uploaded it? For some reason I had the impression Red Mercury was years ago.

I just finally released it. We had just made it when the drummer decided to move back home in Alaska, and for years I didn't see much reason to put time and money into distributing it.

Ah, I see A Thousand Faces is ... or was on iTunes (seems to be a broken link), but nothing else is; is that what you mean by time and money?

I just mean that it didn't make sense to release an album for 1) A band that no longer existed or 2) A band with a new lineup.

Releasing an album takes time, effort, and money. If the group is different, or dead, what's the point in putting in all that? If we had been famous, that would be a different thing. I'd know it would be be listened to and appreciated.
