I was inspired by the Hamsterspeak article, to make this wonderful tribute..

We all have a Yo-Ghost somewhere, deep deep inside.
Just because I'm because I'm unleashing mine upon this horrible world, shouldn't stop you from following suite.
Also, more hype.
Is.. is that blood? And tents? And a ragdoll pinned to wooden pillars of some sort? Could this be part of some sort of BACKSTORY?

Everything's green... just like the old toaster-sized Game Boy.
And of course, there's Yo Ghosts. They aren't a major part of the game, though--just one of the many random-encounter enemies that can also be your party members. |

This contest is having some awful echoes of the old Magnus Sequel Marathon. I shudder to play these games.
On a related note, I wanted to make something for this contest, but I'm sure I won't have the time to learn all the advanced plotscripting it will take to make it complete (it was going to have elements of a point-and-click adventure, a Street Fighter type dance simulator, and a sing-a-long puzzle--all starring the model of a recently deceased pop star). Maybe I'll just have to make this a regular game over the summer or something.

Dark Blubber, those sprites are great!
Pepsi, my game is not Yo-Ghost themed. (although I think I have to sneak in a tiny subtle Yo-Ghost cameo in there *somewhere*)
Also, if you (or anybody else) wants to learn more advanced plotscripting, I am eager to write some more tutorials for slices. Knowing where people get confused when they try to start working with slices is very helpful to me to know what I need to explain better.
Also, i did update the slices tutorial the other day. |

No, not really. My game's the only one about Yo Ghosts.
