Um... wow.
That's all I'm gonna say on this subject, though, cuz I feel like i'm crowding Blasted Earth's page. _________________ Elemental: .75%

That map looks great! I hope it doesn't get too damaged when converted to 256 colours. Hmm, 8 tilemaps still not enough? I guess we need to start work on unlimited size tilemaps then.

Lately I've been thinking about non-tile-aligned "map objects", and I'm now pretty sure we will want sub-tile based wallmaps. _________________ "It is so great it is insanely great." |

Hmm ok, so I'm continuing the martial artist character who travels the world in search of martial arts masters who will help him improve his skills.
Questions:
1. I noticed in chain attacks that the percentage of chaining can be increased using tags. Let's say that the hero found the master who increases the percentage of his chain attack by 100%, now if the next attack has an mp requirement would it fail if the hero has insufficient mp?
2. If it doesn't consume mp can i make it do so?
3. (When a tag is on) Can i increase the mp requirement of the same attack to make it appear that the technique had become more difficult to perform? (without making a new attack)
Also:
1. Is it possible to acquire points in battle that increase a meter that which will make the character learn a new attack when it's filled up?
2. Saga frontier style spark attacks: So if I add a 10% chance of chaining to a specific attack and the character hits it, can it be made that the "sparked" attack can be added to his spells list after battle? (I really want this one more than the last one)
Thanks in advance... _________________ So many ideas, so little focus. Monk spirit please lend me your power!

Yes, sort of. You'll need to keep track with items. If, for example, you wanted Fire to level up into Fire 2, you could have the Fire attack give you a *Fire item, and when you get 20 *Fires, you automatically learn Fire 2. There are other ways of doing this, but this is the simplest, and it works with as many attacks as you want.

Yes, you can do this by having the attack set a tag. You can prevent the spark attack from occurring again by checking against the tag. _________________
