Hi All,

My house is currently undergoing some renovations and major Spring Cleaning. We are refurbishing many of the rooms and re-painting in the process. As a result, the painters and contractors have been unplugging things like CP's DSL modem while moving furniture around. The room in which the DSL modem resides is being painted tomorrow, April 17th, so downtime is expected. We will also be putting down new flooring next Monday, April 21st. Expect CP downtime most of the day. Hopefully the last of the downtime will be much shorter when the new desk and cabinet arrives. I may be able to setup this new furniture without unplugging the DSL modem.

You mean, sorry for all the downtime! I'm sure you're aware this is one of the biggest complaints about CP, but thanks for letting us know in advance this time. Happy

I know Uptime is an issue, but it hasn't been horrible lately.

These next few days might be pretty bad, but prior to Tuesday, CP's uptime was looking really good.

The painter is doing his second coat tomorrow, which means even more down time. I realize this post doesn't help much considering most people won't read it until after the fact, but the painter wasn't supposed to do this room until next week. Sudden change of schedule due to the flooring. Once the floor is in, downtime should be minimal - limited to power outages and hardware failures, mostly.
