Well I'm going to be at work for the last five or so hours before the due date, so I wanted to make sure I got it done before I left for the job. But know that it's the very biggest effort I could put forth without ditching work. _________________ BANDIT REVOLVER, DOWNLOAD IT OR ELSE.

When it is time, everyone sends the entries back to me, and I'll post up the games for everyone to try. Then the people will vote for their top 3 picks and each game will receive a score accordingly. This year, there are certain cases where points will be deducted because the game failed to follow certain rules (so yeah, it's possible to get a negative score this year). Anyways... I'll post more details when the games are in. |

djfenix, you know that e-mail I sent you? IGNORE IT. Please download my real entry from the gamelist. That goes for the rest of the Castle Paradox community as well. The name of my game (hey that rhymes) is Billy's Soap. Thank you.
NOTE: This is my FINAL entry. _________________ ~Patrick

I have decided to participate at the last friggin minute. The game I submitted (on the paradox list) probably breaks all the rules, but it was completed within no more than two hours of work. It's purpose is to show off how fast and easy the OHR is to work with when someone knows what they're doing, so hopefully it will serve as encouragement for others.
I ripped graphics from the current game I'm working on. Deduct points as you see it.
I also didn't use the file provided. Again, deduct as many as you see fit.
"This is my turf" is clearly mentioned over and over as the hero (antihero) seeks to kill off all the show stealing cast of another of my games.
"Death to the chosen one" is apparent because the antihero is killing off the heroes because he's pissed.
Deduct as you will. Include it in the contest if you feel like it. I actually don't care whether I get first or last place or no place at all. If I get nothing more than the satisfaction of creating a game in 2 hours, and not 48, then so be it.
Good luck to all the other contestants though! |

Yeah, I created mine in about 5-6 hours. But you can't really tell. It sorta looks like I made it in5-6 minutes. LOL _________________ ~Patrick

OK, at the very last minute, my and MCW's entry is up...expect it to be buggy :X
The title is "OHR Arena".
EDIT: Well, I cleaned up a few bugs at the expense of this thing being late, but at least it's playable now. Whoopee. Have fun.
One bug I definitely know of: Faerie Bracelet doesn't work. Solution: Don't buy it _________________

Actually, PHC, all I got was a 'Battles won:' and no number, and no grade. Kind of disappointing.
Also, beat OHR Arena for a good laugh.. and good play. |

Hmm.. I noticed a couple of other bugs in OHR Arena, and I thought I would note some of them, since I notices that you're planning to finish the game.
First of all, you can't fight if you pick a warrior race. The guy who's supposed to let you enter the arena just sells you stuff.
Second, the archer kind of enters a void if he tries to leave the waiting room from the southern exit. Maybe I'm not supposed to have tried it, but there it is.
Those are the main things I've noticed. The balance seems to get a little after your character reaches level 6, but that might be my fault. _________________ im realy ded |
