				| i accidently ran custom in 2 windows and in 1 i was editing the game and another it was that error with the unlump problem. so i recovered the game in the unlump one and saved it in the editing one. when i went to open the game again it ended up with everything cleared out and a few hundred BLANK textboxes, enemys, attacks, ect. HOW DO I RECOVER MY GAME THAT I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON FOR 5 YEARS!?!?!?! | |

				| Rename the backed up file (something.RPG.BAK) to an RPG file. When you recover an unlumped rpg it lumps it up and deletes working.tmp.
I advise reading: 'An important Note About Backups'

				| I only hope that you have learnt the error in your ways and are now making offsite backups twice a week. _________________

				| That just means you send the .rpg file to a reliable file-holder. I used to use floppy disks to back up my games, but now I just send them to my G-mail account.

Shall I make it flash different colors and bounce around the screen while playing a loud harsh beep sound effect? ;)

				| Better make it PC speaker. Sometimes I have my external speakers turned off. And for good measure, you should make the process hang while displaying that message. _________________

And it will change the brightness of your monitor, and the LED's on your keyboard will flicker, and if you have force-feedback joysticks attached they will vibrate, and it will send out the notice over the network on all ports, and it will delete all your files for emphasis....... no... wait... nevermind...
