Stellarx and I had been planning to do a song together for a very long time, and recently, we've picked a Chrono Cross track to arrange together (Dreams of a Shore from Another World). For "Another World", I did the guitar and sx did the vocals. Mamoru also helped me with constructing a new arpeggio (2:25-3:00). I think the end result was a very beautiful piece.

Enjoy~

I dream of the shore of another world
Maybe there I'll find what I'm searching for
If my dreams are real on the other side

When my search comes to it's end
There's still another world for me to dream in
I know you'll say I'm running away
But it's alright if I never wave.

This is easily the best piece you've done.

I didn't know the song had lyrics. I'm assuming you didn't make them up, since they fit perfectly. If you did, all the more impressive.

I have my own piano rendition of this same song -- it's a fairly straightforward arrangement, but the arpeggio line requires a huge reach from your left hand's fingers, so it's fun to play as well as to hear. I'd love to get decent recording equipment and post it up here sometime.

Thanks for the response. StellarX was the one who came up with the lyrics.

Ha ha. That really sounds like a vote of confidence to me. Raspberry!

Wonderful vocal job on the piece. It was very impressively done.

I really enjoyed making this with Long and noticed him grow a lot as a musician through the process.

"But it's alright if I never wake" is the last line btw

Chrono Cross was a good game, and the music was just wonderful.

This rendition piece here is quite impressive. It sounds very professional.

OH boy, I'm up to version 14. An added solo instrument! And orgasmic changes here and there. Here we go, http://longebane.aoikokoro.net/archieve/Another%20World_14.mp3
