I vote for Fenrir-Lunaris's. I really like this thing's design and the way he detailed it is extremely nice.

Velduanga and Shadowiii would be definite runners up. Vel's, while it doesnt give much of a final boss vibe, is extremely beautiful and well done. Shadowiii's is very good as well. Everyone loves a madman surrounded by wings with a green energy sword thing for an arm. :D

I wish I had known about this contest sooner though. I would have liked to enter one as well. :(
