[Edit] Ummm. Bahahah! Ha ha ha! I voted NO! WHY!? Please vote the way you truely feel. Truely I would have voted yes for my own...[end:Edit]
Don't point fingers at me or say this idea is dumb. I just think it would be nice to have spell descriptions. For instance; you go into your spells window on the game, and when you highlight a spell the information appears in a box below the spell inventory box.

As for how many characters you can have in a description, well... Enough to say something like:
Example: RogFireI-
"Basic fire spell. Does 10+ damage."
And then, of course, we have the mana cost above this description.

Read over this a few times if you need to, but I hope you can see what I see here.

As for editing the description:
~In the attacks edit area. Just have one more option to make room for. Is that too much to ask?
~You know that blank spot inside the box in the spell inventory? It's just calling out for this. Right?
~The items already have a description, so why not spells too. More user friendly I say.
~You can always leave it blank if you choose...

I don't know if Our man James already had this in mind or not, but we should push for this right? A nice function? Almost trivial, or is it?
It would be cool if all of you could gimme some say on this.

I have always thought this would be a great addition to the OHR, but I think this forum is for suggesting changes in CP, not changes in the OHR.

The OHR engine is more or less complete I think, aside from bug squashing.

Though I wanted spell descriptions too, and also stat display for equipment in a shop - it's difficult to fit all it's attributes in, sometimes. I thought it was a little irratating that I brought something in an OHR game that costed more but was less useful then what my character had.

Great Idea Leroy... I guess James could take a look at that (If he ever stumbles upon this post)
That would come in really handy. Big grin

Great idea, probably would require another lump file.
I am all for it.

Indeed!

I am glad noone else here voted No... And tell Leroy to shut up...

It appears that my accidental vote for no is the only one. Thank you to all who have participated so far. And even if it something' been said, it would be ok if someone else says the same thing too. Just go ahead and say what you think. That keeps me from talking in other threads... So I am sure it's a problem.

XD
